Ron Watier brings more than 45 years of construction and infrastructure experience, including 25 years providing contract administration on institutional, healthcare, commercial, and public infrastructure projects. Throughout his career, Ron has built a reputation for practical problem-solving, technical leadership, and delivering projects with a disciplined focus on quality and long-term performance.
As Founder of EcoCEM Consulting, Ron works with municipalities, developers, engineers, contractors, and industrial owners to evaluate rehabilitation strategies, understand why infrastructure is underperforming, and recommend performance-based solutions that maximize asset life while reducing lifecycle costs and construction disruption.
